Katahdor is the premier lamb meat retailer in Puerto Rico. Founded in 2020 with the mission of providing fresh and high quality lamb meat to the puertorican table.

The company raises animals from hair breeds that produces a rich and

mild flavor meat cut.

Katahdor process under USDA inspection and sells the meat thru local farmers markets, door to door delivery and also ships to the east coast of US.
