Why does Katahdor meat flavor is mild?

All has to do with the breeds that we raise and the freshness of the meat. While lamb meat raised outside United States takes over 40 days to reach your table , our meat can be at your door 5 days after processing.

Are the lambs grass fed?

Lambs are raised under a grass fed management program in our local farms . Some animals are given a special diet 30 days prior to processing to add intramuscular fat in the meat cuts , you can select your preference before processing the order.

Where are the animals raised?

All of our animals are raised in farms located in the north and west coasts of the island.

How are the lambs processed?

We follow USDA safe practices to process the animals under strict conditions to guarantee freshness and quality of the product.
